Consume of supplements and leg workout
I drink every moring after get up a mixed shake of Whey, Maltodextrin and Creatin now. I also drink one of that mix after my workouts. Today was the leg workout and it is a little bit hard to stay after it. I perform: - 3 x knee bend - 3 x leg flexors - 3 x leg extensors - 3x calf raise All exercises with 12 - 20 repetitions.
After that i trained my ABS!
