Leg makeup?

As a spoonie who rarely sees sunlight, I would like to start wearing shorts but my legs look terrible!!! Pale and bumpy and tiny veins and not to mention any hairs that stick out like a sore thumb because i have dark hair and white pale skin. Obviously I can shave when I want to wear shorts but I was wondering if there is like a lotion/concealer combo I could try (maybe from a drugstore?) just to even out the skin on my legs. I'm not looking to contour or anything, just want some coverup. Anyone try anything like that?
