Whoops there's Destina and she's positively delighted because Uncle Edmund's her favorite, as evidenced by her yell of: "UNCLE ED!"

Edmund freezes in place for a moment, before he turns to face the source of the voice with a grin. He already knows who it is, of course. “Heeey!”

"'Sup auntie K?" Lindsey gave the woman a lazy, two fingered salute.

“Lindsey?” Katie slowly reached over to the coffee table to grab her crayon-colored bookmark (it had been a present from one of the kids) and slide it between the covers of her book. 

Resting her feet on the floor, she asked, “Isn’t it a little early for you to be up?”
