(I was going for a fusion of evil!kid lloyd + quietone!harumi + golden master vibes. As he lacks the Green Element here, his power tends to control him rather than vice versa, and he is...a bit on edge when it comes to what everyone wants to with it and to HIM (but that's just the usual for him anyway)

Hello! It's me, the now self-proclaimed #1 Inverse!AU fan (/silly) I just came up with two ideas for Inverse I would like to share.
I forget what you're doing with the Golden Weapons in this AU, but I would like to randomly suggest something. What if the Ninja of Destruction are able to get the Golden Weapons, but the weapons adapt to the sudden change in fate (because the Core Four are out of commission) and "destroy" themselves, transforming into Golden Weapons the Outliers can properly use (Golden Weapons of Destruction, if you will). Here's my take on how the weapons would transform.
Shurikens of Ice → Trident of Waves: The Shurikens will freeze themselves in Ice before the ice quickly melts and erodes them. Then, the water will drip down and rapidly form a Trident by depositing the gold (similar to a stalagmite or crystal).
Scythe of Quakes → Axe of Time: The Scythe reverses time, melting back into molten gold before reforging itself into a golden Double Axe as if it was always that way. (History isn't changed or anything, it just sort of acts like it was always forged as a Double Axe instead of a Scythe) The Two sides of it could control Forward and Backward movement, becoming split like the canon Time Element. The Time weapon being an Axe may or may not be influenced by Krux with a battle axe propaganda...
Nunchucks of Lightning → Bow of Storms: The Lightning holding the two handles disappear before a strong wind surrounds it. This wind picks up a bunch of debris and flattens the handles and reshapes them into a golden Bow. Then, a column of air will form the bow string. Anything shot from the bow will accelerate with the wind.
Sword of Fire → Forge of Amber: The sword melts down into a mass of molten gold. The Forge then takes on any shape the user wishes. Obviously there will be limits, but I can't think of how to balance it well. The reason it's technically just a glob of molten gold is because I wanted Skylor's weapon to be flexible to match her powers. She'll probably carry it as a belt or armor or something like that. Also, the flexibility could also mimic the powers she absorbs or something. IDK Skylor gets to be special because I say so.
I also thought about the first time the Ninja of Destruction pull off the Tornado of Destruction (because I just got to the Tornado of Creation part in Book 1) and I wanted to share my thoughts on what mechs they would "create"! I know they probably wouldn't get any cool mechs because the Tornado of Destruction would need to destroy stuff, but I can dream! (If it does "create" mechs through destruction please tell me how!)
Nya: She would create her spider mech from the Movie. Simple enough. The Trident would probably attach itself on the bottom as a blaster or something.
Morro: Morro gets a helicopter or plane. I can't decide because both are pretty cool options. The bow would either become part of the plane wings, part of the helicopter blades, or part of the controller.
Toby: Toby gets a car (because I think he would be badass drifting around people he's slowed or paused). Specifically, the car is a stick shift because it's a lot easier to do cool car stuff in a manual car. The axe would probably become the steering wheel.
Skylor: Skylor gets a motorbike. The Forge forms the chassis of the bike and then elemental powers (probably just the other elements of destruction the first time it's created) form the rest of the body. Skylor just seems like the type of person to have motorbikes (Also, Nya will probably make a joke about Skylor stealing her thing, lol).
I've been holding onto this ask for a long time because I wanted to draw the weapon ideas cuz I liked them so much but I fear that may take more time than I currently have alas :V
I dunno how the logistics of the weapons changing their elements would work against the lore but let's say with the Core Four corrupted the Golden Weapons just adapt to the Elements of Destruction instead to help keep the balance or something. And I meannnnn if the Tornado of Creation is an invocation of the Green Element's ability to influence change I don't see why the same couldn't apply in the opposite direction for -a harmonized- Tornado of Destruction. The pieces are there and loose but it is a foundation!!
Also Skylor's main weapon is actually a pair of Brass Knuckles sooooo I am not opposed to a golden variant capable of dishing out some extra elemental damage *-*

Hello! I have a question (vaguely) about the Inverse!AU.
So, I know the Inverse AU is just a swap of the Core Four/The Spinjitzu Brothers/Lloyd/Harumi, but what would happen if Jesse and Skylor were swappedas well? Who would be their "Inverses"? Would it be a different elemental master or one of the Ninjas' class mates? (Chad Chen redemption arc? /hj)
The joke with Jesse is that Nothing About Him Changes (except his love interest I guess lmao) (you could call him the control group character in a way) BUT I mean for funsies we could switch him with Miranda with her getting the Element of Surprise instead and then Jesse's the keeper of the Compendium (along with the ripple effect for what that would mean with the dynamic with their family...)
EM!Chad is also an extremely fun idea but if that's at the cost of losing out on MC!Skylor......hard sell on my part dfghjhgfds. On the other hand, if EM!Skylor gets rescued from the island by Garmadon sooner than in canon, whose to say Master Chen doesn't start investing his resources into his nephew instead? Could be some fun parallels there. (I may have even addressed that already but I haven't looked at the inverse!au posts in a million years ghhhh)
Would it be a different elemental master or one of the Ninjas' class mates? <- I think the only fully viable scenario here would be if Sunni's family remained the main bloodline for the Element of Light (and shenanigans led Sunni, a middle child, to inheriting the element) so that combined with EM!Miranda would turn a couple tables too. (i.e. more EMs in the Neo Ninja Team)
(Other less viable but still fun options are Gravity!Meghan, Form!Nelson and Speed!Harleigh, but I dooooon't think we wanna give Samantha, Chad, or Maggie any sort of power sfdghjggf)
I thought Inverse!Harumi and Movie!Lloyd being together because of pure comedic reasons.(Inverse!Lloyd lost to another Lloyd despite this Harumi staying nice.)

Hello. I have a few quick questions about the Inverse!AU because I got to the one chapter where you explain how Aftershock works.
In the Inverse!AU, would Jesse still get Aftershock? If so, would Jesse potentially learn it from channeling Amber instead of Earth? How would Aftershock power up Amber? What would the implications be for Ambermagic!?

How would Aftershock power up Amber? <- Theoretically it could either enhance Amber's ability to mimic other elements (perhaps allowing Skylor to use NRG Abilities on top of the Elemental Abilities) or even give Skylor the ability to utilize more than two elements at once ignoring Blue Crystal loophole
What would the implications be for Ambermagic!? <- *I* think it would be very cute if instead of ~dancing~ Jesse and Skylor are training with each other and it dissolves into them just goofing around but Skylor gets the uperhand in the skirmish and Jesse trips in typical Jesse fashion but Skylor catches him before he can hit the ground and yet an impact ripples out anyway!!! and they both feel it!!! And Skylor pulls Jesse back up to his feet and they realize they're holding hands and yet don't let go!!! and they're lost in the moment!!! but because Garmadon is a little more vocal about the inner workings of their elements during his teachings (and I'm sure they've gotten some info from Mystake) they're able to pie together what happened from context clues instead of a pure guess lol so they get back to training to invoke it again and this time its even bigger and effective and Skylor gets to feel the full potential of an element and she's never felt more alive and probably hugs Jesse out of excitement or something and like I said its just very cute and they get to be happy about the discovery TOGETHER and look forward to working together more to develop the skill (and their relationship *swoosh*)
If you're willing to sniff some (fandom) crack with me, I just thought of a fun AU for the Inverse!AU (AUception my beloved).
What if instead of Harumi and the newly redeemed Lloyd having to defeat the Overlord because he wishes to kill Lloyd, the Overlord gets redeemed too. Inverse!AU gives him just enough material IMO for him to decide to make peace with Lloyd (because technically neither can really destroy the other because Balance).
I would imagine he got slightly attached to the Destructo Gang over time. Let him find his peace or whatever. Also, the ANGST POTENTIAL of him realizing he wants to exist outside of his singular purpose of balancing/defeating the GP. Plus, he could even be a bit of a grandfather figure to Harumi (because he wishes to be a better grandfather than his adversary the FSM (/hj)). Imagine the Overlord coming into the world planning to destroy the GP and ending up as just some god dude like the FSM being given the name Bob or something.
Finally, in this hypothetical redemption situation, would he don a humanoid form to fit in, or will he stay as Gloopy McGloopface?

Going off this (unrelated but tangentally associated) post, I could see some sort of Overlord redemption here via role reversal, although I think it would still be a bit of a tightrope to cross.
(because technically neither can really destroy the other because Balance). <- though to be fair if it really was that simple he would've made peace with the FSM before any of this nonsense could've gotten this out of hand (but then again, maybe it was the FSM specifically that led them to being unable to settle their differences, and that's where Inverse!Lloyd and Harumi are different or something!)
