Yugi hummed, walking down the street and heading back home. Honestly he was just wandering at this point. His feet had found their way to one of his favorite bakeries, now he was just taking his time.

If there could only be one day where Yuya could give him control and no one in this crowded city bothered him, Yuri might’ve actually been in a good mood for once—but clearly that wasn’t today.
“If you’re looking for Yuya, he’s not here right now. And if you’re looking for me to take a message for him, I’m not his secretary either; so take the hint and come back never. You don’t look like the type who needs to be bothering someone like him anyway.”

He didn’t mean to stare, but after a glance down at his deactivated duel disk, that’s exactly what Yuya did. This magician wasn’t his; actually Yuya wasn’t sure he’d ever seen a magician like this one before. A new addition to the game that he’d missed an announcement on maybe? But that didn’t explain what this one was doing here though.
