I concur that it is Matthew. The past hint suggested it to me...all I needed was proof that they were Legion.

I am choosing not to tell, but I can prove myself not the murderer. For one thing, is my hair even that long? It is only in the front could it be considered long relatively to most hair cuts.

Well, it would be possible that the killer acted or that their emotions were in some way manipulated. It does seem unlikely though, because the emotionality was one reason the killer could miss the target. It doesn’t seem practical for a murder.
