LEGO Star Wars at FAN EXPO 2019

FAN EXPO is coming up next weekend in Toronto, and it will feature some Star Wars themed LEGO attractions. Read more about Michael Lee Stockwell, design manager of the LEGO Star Wars universe, who will be attending the event and giving a talk, here. I believe there is also a small make-and-take X-Wing set available at the show.

There’s also going to be “a record-breaking display of 36,440 LEGO Stormtrooper minifigures at Union Station from Monday, Aug. 19 to Sunday, Aug. 25. The display will be unveiled at 5 p.m. Monday by members of the 501st Canadian Garrison in Union’s west wing, just west of the Great Hall at street level.”

We were at the Bricks in the Six LEGO exhibition this weekend. Unfortunately, the light was pretty dim on Friday night, so the pictures aren’t so great. Very cool stuff, though! The highlight for me was the Shakespeare house by Karen Metz.
