Well first, thank you. And also, I love the idea that Han brings out Leia’s playful side, which can either work against him (when she’s trying to tamp things down by tamping HIM down) or for him (when they’re teaming up and are damn near unstoppable).

@lajulie24 I love how you’ve written them teaming up and I think Leia’s initial hesitation is so well characterised. I also love that you’ve written her as up tight I’m so here for that. It shows that she’s powerful and vulnerable. Love how you write Han as really flirty it’s so endearing and bang on. Oh my gosh Leia panicking and getting flustered is brilliant! I think your structuring of this piece is so good.  Sorry this is a type and read review so I probably sound a little mad. Breezy Leia is life. I REALLY love how you write the too of them flirting, you pitch it so well! Also Han and Leia having secrets is one on my FAV things it is too endearing! Han’s denial is really great too, not to over done. The slow burn of this fic and the sexual tension in general is banging! Protective Han AWWW!! You write their dynamic with beautiful subtly. The bed teasing is SO cute!! OH MY GOSH THE ENDING!!! Was so her warming!!!!!

Thank you so much! I love the type and read review, it’s like real-time reaction and it’s great. So glad the tension came through well in the piece -- as I told someone on AO3, I was hoping to make it so WE were just as eager as the Rogues to see them kiss, but denied last-minute. So glad you liked the ending -- at first I had doubts about going to the downer place there, but I wanted to bring across the hope that the rescue represents -- as Wedge says, she’s gonna get him back.

Again, my thanks feel insufficient but I’m just really grateful to have a chance to make things for my favorite ship and have people enjoy them. So yay!
