It is just me having dinner so I went to the nearest coffee shop to pack my Economy Rice (菜饭). I purposely went at around 5pm when all the dishes would have been at their freshest. Chose two vegetable dishes of stewed potato 🥔 slices and eggplant 🍆 with a piece of lemon chicken. It is fried chicken with sesame seeds on the outside and drizzle with a tangy lemon 🍋 sauce.
