有田耕早午餐 難得的跑到安平這附近來吃早午餐， 上網找了一下， 選定這家帶有日式風味的早午餐， 點了頸上添花松阪豬， 搭配鮭魚飯糰🍙， 還有冰冷的薄荷檸檬茶， 還有單點玉子燒， 雖然價格有點偏高， 但我覺得還蠻實在的。 松阪豬的調味鹹香， 外層帶點焦香還有微微的脆感， 裡面軟嫩，一咬就斷， 份量夠會讓人一片接一片的吃。 現烤的鮭魚飯糰， 鮭魚香氣很足夠， 而且他們還塗上帶微甜味的醬汁， 更加分， 海苔片也是現烤的， 另外放才不會讓飯糰的水氣讓海苔軟掉， 看得出對細節的用心。 玉子燒看得出來是一層的捲起來， 還用了竹簾塑形， 拍成愛心的形狀， 飲料部分檸檬的香氣較重， 薄荷的部分則是淡淡的透出來， 其實很清爽。 副餐的小甜點就覺得普普， 還有附的味增湯， 我喝起來是覺得稍鹹了一點， 但整體而言是在水準之上！ #anping #tainan #japanesestyle #brunch #Matsuzawapork #grilledsalmonriceballs #riceball #tamagoyaki #japanstyleomelete #lemonminttea （在 有田耕咖啡早午餐）
