ok just Drac is creepy tbh.  Really creepy.

the creepy way he imagines her as a baby at the wedding “You’re Johnny’s girl but also kinda daddy’s girl” the look on his face when she said she was pregnant looks like he was responsible for it  “Keep Mavis here so she’ll never leave” (a theme in the first one iirc which is equally creep)

Steven did have an episode where it was his 14th birthday that I don’t think you you watched that far, and yeah his aging is slowed by the fact he is half gem. The whole episode dealt with him trying to force himself to look older but the reverse effects happened

So the same-but-opposite of what happened in So Many Birthdays, only with some damn exposition this time?

So Steven is perpetually 8 because he feels perpetually 8, since that’s the age he stopped aging?
