Ingredients: 4 large artichokes. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 lemons juiced. 3 cloves garlic minced. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. To get the artichokes ready, cut off the top inch of each one and trim off the tough outer leaves. Olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a small bowl to make a marinade. The marinade should be brushed all over the artichokes, making sure to get between the leaves. Put the artichokes on a grill that has already been heated up. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning them over once in a while, until the leaves are charred and the artichokes are soft. While the artichokes are on the grill, baste them with the rest of the marinade. Take it off the grill and serve it hot. If you want, you can add more fresh lemon juice to the grilled artichokes before serving.
