2024-2025 Heartbreaking Broadway Song Tournament intro post

Hi guys! I’m gonna be hosting a tournament to decide the most heartbreaking song from a musical that opened on Broadway in 2024-2025. Jukebox musicals and revivals don’t count, nor do shows that are opening this fall, given that no new shows have officially opened yet. 

If you’d like to submit a song, please send me an ask with:

-the song title

-what show it’s from

And if you want to make my life easier:

-context/reasons why it’s heartbreaking

-a link to the song on YouTube

You may send me more than one song, but please send them in separate asks.
