Damn lifts. Always had a habit of breaking down at inconvenient times. And when you’re with a stranger. How long had it been now anyway? Long enough that Leo had settled to a spot on the floor to make himself comfortable. Glancing at his fellow prisoner, he sighed loudly. “Well, at least we aren’t going to get any older waiting, hmm?” A pause. “You don’t happen to be a lift mechanic, do you?”

“...yes. I’ve experienced it a handful of times throughout my life.”

“Well, well, well, now there’s a face I haven’t seen in centuries. Nice to see you’re still alive.” Leo grinned upon seeing Christina. The former ripper herself, not that Leo was in any position to judge. But he was surprised to see her without his sister, the two were rather close last he recalled. “If you’re looking for Briana, I haven’t seen her in a while. She might be doing stuff with her band. Could give her a ring if you’re interested though.”

Leo simply stared at the man, amusement clear in his features as he took a drink. The other had been glaring daggers at him for the better part of an hour and for the life of him--Leo could not figure out why. They certainly didn’t seem familiar. “If looks could kill.” He chuckled, fingers drumming against the glass. “You going to tell me why you look like you want to kill me or are you going to make me guess?”

“Well now, we damn near almost have the whole family together now.” The jury was still out on how Leo felt about that. On one hand, it had been ages since they were all in one place, on the other? Old scars. Old regrets and anger that threatened to resurface. But when it came to Judith? It was hard for Leo to remain angry at her. “Been staying out of trouble, baby sister?”

Wildemount felt so small once you got used to it--then again, maybe he was just used to constant travel. If it weren’t for his family, he likely would have left already. That and his curiosity regarding the whole veil problem. He just had to watch that pan out for himself. Lost in his own thoughts, he didn’t notice he had stopped moving and also had no idea where he was. A muttered expletive fell from hips lips as he turned, making eye contact with a stranger behind him. "Fuck’s your problem?”

Leo hated hunters at the best of times, and this was far from the best of times. Releasing the human in his grasp, he watched as they darted off, his hands going into the air defensively, he’d been caught--he could admit that. Perhaps he was getting careless in his old age. “You look like you have something to say. Might as well get on with it.”

Good sense of smell?” He rolled his eyes at her bell comment, electing to not respond to it, instead working on getting his shirt on, fixing the buttons as she knocked. “Oh, for fuck’s sake.” He opened the door, the top few buttons of his shirt still undone, but if it would keep her from breaking down his door...
“Regrettably, I am.” But his tone was nothing but playful. “Now, what is so important, wolf girl?”
