Basically Leon was made just for Retro, Nightmare had Killer and Cross make him, and literally just hoped the two would be friends so then Leon could convince Retro to join TBS(The Bad Sanses)

Leon always knew that, his father, Cross told him just a little before he met Retro, he knew he was just a pawn for a sick game and once he's done doing his part, he would be killed, but little did NM know is that, in some way Leon would protect Retro before he could do anything

Fun fact: Leon is a little brat to everyone but Retro, and takes Retro out to cute little dates and buys xem things like ice cream and small cheap toys

Okay, so Vincent, my Greaser kinsona? Variant? I honestly don't know what to call xem anymore, Retro and Disco's dad... but moving on, he knows what happened to Billy, and Skillet, so they want Retro and Disco to do absolutely nothing with Shattered or Nightmare cause he's absolutely terrified xe would lose them.

One day, he'll find out that Retro is friends with Leon, who is a child from The Bad Sanses, and xe flips out and lectures Retro on it, of course, he'll explain that he has a bad feeling and to just be very cautious when it comes to Leon, and Retro is understandably is very upset by it, and as they grow up, it just gets more worse because Vincent is just even more paranoid and it ends up with him and Retro having a screaming match about Leon every now and then

And after they're done, Retro runs to Leon to cry about it, and just keeps saying to him "Please don't be like your dads" "Please just be good, please, I don't want to lose you" and then it gets Retro paranoid that if anyone were to find out about his small relationship/friendship with Leon, everyone would get upset, so when they got together around 14, Retro wanted to keep it a secret, and Disco is the only one who knows
