top 5 places to travel to once travel is possible again (◕ㅅ◕✿)

hi my love! honestly there are so many places i wanna go and a lot of them were america but right now i’m very hmmm about going to the US HAHAHAHA

japan! my friends and i had an entire trip all planned out, tickets and accommodation was all paid for but once lockdown happened :)))))) honestly the most devastating thing of 2020 was me having to cancel my japan flights 

great ocean road, victoria - my friends and i are already talking about planning this roadtrip; it’s basically a classic roadtrip destination and the scenery is always so beautiful 

beijing, china - i have always wanted to go back, i think it’s been 12 years since i last went to china for the shanghai expo lmao so it’d be so nice to travel back again!

sydney, new south wales - i love sydney so much even though it’s expensive af and basically just melbourne (where i’m from) on steroids but i really want to go again! i’m also going to be attending a conference so that’ll be another excuse to get some cheap accom hehe

new zealand - i have always ALWAYS wanted to go to new zealand so bad, it’s basically one of my top dream destinations and it’s so close to australia so flights are always cheap when you get them at the right time and it just looks so p r e t t y

1. russian doll - this show restored my hope in time-travel shows, it was so cleverly done and the ending shot was :ooo not too sure what s02 would be about, but i’m tentatively excited 

2. dark - another excellent time-travel show!! and all the family feels, like i did not sign up to get attached to multiple german families who all may or may not actually be blood-related to one another

3. the good place - witty and relate-able. it was one of the few shows we actually kept up to week after week. also thank you both tgp and dark for having an end goal planned and not drag the series out for season after season

4. the expanse - while the adaptation doesn’t hold a candle to the books, imo it is the best sci-fi show out there rn, really looking forward to s05 since it’s going cover some of my favorite character arcs 

5. 靈異街13號/the fearless - probably my fav twdrama i watched in the last year. reformed ex-gangster, due to a head injury, can now see and communicate with ghosts and is forced reluctantly accepts side-gig of putting spirits to rest. it was unexpectedly humorous but can also get quite serious
