Leopard gecko shedding really frequently?
My female leopard gecko, Puppy, has shed like four times in the last month. She’ll finish shedding, then immediately start turning white to shed again. She also keeps leaving little bits of skin laying around, rather than eating all of it. She’s been refusing food more frequently as well. Otherwise, her behavior seems pretty normal; the usual amount of activity and alertness, etc. It is turning to autumn where I am, so I considered she was maybe trying to go into brumation, but the temps and humidity in her enclosure stay pretty stable no matter what the weather’s like, and her tank is in the basement so changing sunlight doesn’t get to her, either.
She’s about two years old, normal morph, and has never had a shedding or eating problem until now. Thoughts?
