"Well, since we're in the neighborhood..." • I accidentally made Nala's vet appointment (for travel papers to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷) at a PetSmart that was a good distance from our hotel. As we drove there we happened to pass Lauderdale Marine Center; the very spot where we began our adventures aboard the Dawn Treader about 5 years ago. On a whim I called our former broker to see if we could look at a few boats. • Next thing you know, I"m standing on one of the boats on my "Dream Boats" list: a brand new, Lagoon 52F! It was massive and awesome! For the price we could buy 3 Dawn Treaders (a Lagoon 450), but we all loved checking her out! 5 cabins! Flybridge! So much space! • We also saw a Priviledge, a Lagoon 46, and one that surprised me by how much I liked it; a Leopard 58. • Made me realise 2 things: • 1. Our family still moves well on boats even after being landlocked for 2 years. • 2.
