I don't know if it's just me, but other than Donnie I feel like Leo is also very likely to get into a toxic relationship, just generally speaking. He always gives me the "I want to be everyone's Rock vibe," just before being crushed by the reality of what that actually means.

I feel like my definition of toxic is very much catered to my perspective- So When I do things like toxic Jonatello, it's not in a "They're both mentally draining towards each other / argue all the time / Practically hate each other but feel trapped in the relationship" kind of way- Which I think is the most typical association we have for a toxic relationship, you know? So because of this, I think I honestly could see Leo and Timothy being slightly toxic by my own definition of what that would be and look like-! From my perspective, I could see Timothy being a little bit too reliant on Leo + Leo's bad habit of micromanaging the people he cares about while Leo is costly putting way too much weight into Timothy's constant mood or well-being even though Timothy never asked him to do that while essentially turning Timothy into another "task in his long list of responsibilities" or another *project to work on"-! 😭👍

Outside of Timothy though, I could definitely see something like that happening with Leo and Usagi (Not the canonical 2012 Usagi, of course-) or Leo and Yuichi (Depending on which one you like more-) ! Maybe it's a situation of the two of them being at different places in their life- Like how you said Leo constantly "wants" (so to speak) to be this stability for the people closest to him but maybe Usagi or Yuichi is going through a phase in their life where they need instability or have no desire for such emotional and mental security-? 👀

And of course you could do this with Caseynardo like- LMAO / I feel like my saying blueprint for Jonatello could work for them too, because essentially Casey's whole thing in my eyes is that he feels this inherent need to hold on to somebody who genuinely values his presence and actively shows the give a shit about him-! Leo could definitely fit that role for him, while Leo gets to be "Casey's rock" at all times + by any means necessary- ✌️

Also, to briefly provide some context and get into the world building of this Crossover (AU??), instead of having Leo run of boutique in the way that Rarity did, I have him own an armory / training dojo instead (Which all the things that the brothers oversee in this, i.e. Raph with his Farm \ Donnie with his Bookstore \ Mikey with his Restaurant, are courtesy of Splinter ! they don't actually own these businesses like that- If that makes sense?) ! That would be more fitting for his character + Leo's equivalent to making dresses / fashion like Rarity could be blacksmithing instead ! Where he takes the craft of weapons really seriously and focuses on a lot of detail and finer points with them !

Also, not that it's really important to the video, but I have Leo's Dojo / Armory and Mikey's Restaurant be a part of the same building ! So Mikey and Leo work together ! I thought it felt fitting for them to be together, especially since both of their "businesses" are very community driven ! They don't really ask for a lot from people- Mikey's always very charitable with his food and Leo never makes anybody pay to learn self-defense, etc. ! This just felt right for them as characters to me (Also I'm incredibly biased because I love 2012 Leo and Mikey as a Brother Duo- Lmao) ! 🥺👍✨

Haven’t heard of Leo x Timothy before! What are your thoughts on them? Curious to know what made you like the ship!

I honestly don't remember when it started-? LMAO

But ! The more I thought about them interacting, the cuter it became in my head ! I must admit though, it definitely feels very one-sided in my head (Meaning Timothy crushing on Leo more than Leo crushing on Timothy-),, ! I can see Timothy's admiration slowing mixing in with romantic feelings down the road and Leo being blissfully unaware of it the entire time. But I love comparing them to Nicole and Richard Watterson (From the Amazing World of Gumball-) because they would balance each other out in a similar fashion to me ! Timothy being this loveable oaf that Leo wouldn't trade for anyone and Leo being this intimidating / overworked / overly stress guy who doesn't scare Timothy away in the slightest !

Timothy constantly affirming to Leo that he's his biggest hero?? Timothy looking at Leo with so much love and value and appreciation?? How does that not melt your heart, even just a little- 😭🫶✨

I love incorporating my 2012 Leo and Timothy take into this Crossover (AU??), since Leo fills the role of Rarity and Timothy of Spike within it (Of course, I don't support Rarity and Spike in MLP:FIM, that's super strange to me- 💀 Lmao || Also I think this would be a good way to still have Timothy and Donnie interact, since Timothy would be Donnie's assistant occasionally-) ! I just like the idea of the one-sided crush dynamic between them and also the idea of Timothy pestering Leo like this-
