I’d never heard of “Paper Towns” until a couple weeks ago when Stereogum called it 2015′s “The Fault In Our Stars.” You can read into that however you want. The point was to position “Search Party” as 2015′s “Boom Clap,” but this is way more “Royals” than Charli XCX. You can read into that however you want, too. CATCHY AF [electropop]

Ever heard of Sam Bruno? Probably not, unless you’re a die-hard GTA or Bisbetic fan, where she’s been featured in some of their relatively less popular songs. But don’t let that lead you to prematurely judge her talents as a pop singer. The girl is so new to the scene, it’s rather hard to find a lot on her. But currently she’s an LA girl signed to BMI, just starting to write, produce, and perform her own stuff. She’s also being featured on the upcoming film Paper Town’s first trailer, which is pretty big. “Search Party” is a trap-influenced electronic pop track with Sam’s hypnotic vocals leading the search. I’m not saying she’s the next Tove Lo, but I’m not NOT saying that...just keep an eye on her. Like her pages and stuff.
