Inspired partially by @crowwkui's dc oops all lesbians and a friend of mine who asked me to draw roydick yuri
In any case, Dick does in fact know his way around a car (Roy has watched him work on them) but he 'needed an excuse' to watch have Roy work on it, and that came to mind first.
Important follow-up, Roy knows exactly why Dick is hanging around despite the hot weather
