I was watching K-on and it was the episode where they played there last festival concert and it all just kind of hit me at once...thats been my whole year.

No more seeing my friends every morning, no more talking about captain america and star wars with my favorite teacher, no more walking down the halls that I've grown to love despite their flaws, no more talking to the lunch lady while the lines are so long, no more running to anime club where I get to see all my friends and laugh and make new friends...my last anime club is in two weeks....I don't want it to end, I'm scared for it to end. I love all of my friends and all of the experiences I've had and they're running away to quickly. Stop going so fast; please.

I hate being shy

I really do. I avoid confrontation and I really need to start sticking up for myself. We had a 9th grade visitation day today in my cosmetology class. We were to teach them pin curls and their base placements. I had problems starting up a conversation and was just all around an awkward seal. But I got over it smoothly and eventually got into a conversation with the girl I had to teach. The curling part went fine, the girls all seemed nice. After a while it was time to clean up so I went over to the disinfectant container to show the girl how to properly disinfect some combs and she was on her phone texting. I didn't really correct her or tell her to put it away. She didn't have headphones in the jack. I then went and grabbed my smock. My book and headphones were out on my station. I took my smock into the locker room and put it away. I walked back into the room to notice that my headphones were no longer there. I looked around and didn't see them. Thinking I might have placed them in my locker by accident, I went to go check. They weren't there so I went back into the room and asked my cos girls if they had seen my headphones. They said that they had just seen them with my book on my station. I looked around some more. My teacher was talking to the 9th grade girls and that was when I noticed them. The girl I had taught had a pair of headphones in her phone. They looked exactly like mine. When I went over to ask my teacher if she had seen my headphones, The girl leaned over and crossed her arms, hiding the headphones. I didn't say anything, but I know I should have. I plan to say something to my teacher on monday, I just really wish I had the balls to stand up for myself.
