this is,,so late i am so sorry, but here she is! idrk how i feel with how this came out since i dont really do a lot of sparklecats, i dont even know if this even counts but oh well

i wish crow/feather was... good. after feathertails comic, it would make sense in theory that theyd fit together (if crowpaw was a warrior atleast 😬), as they both felt like they didnt fit in in their clans (or most others at all), and could bond over it (maybe feather could help crow in that regard or the like). but nah feather died in love with crow so he could have character growth instead 😔

It would have been a super easy fix if he was a warrior at the time (there was no reason he couldn’t be) and like you say they actually talked to each other and bonded over not feeling like they belong - it could have been so good!

Not just Crowpaw crushing on her until she randomly decides she loves him back and dies so he can get growth

Seriously Feathertail was barely even a character until ASIR came out - she was essentially a plot device to further Stormfur and Crowpaw’s arcs

Gender Headcanon: She/her, cis female

A ship I have with said character: Who don’t I ship with Leafpool? Mothpool is a big one, but I also love me some Sorreltail/Leafpool and of course Nightcloud/Leafpool/Feathertail is excellent

A BROTP I have with said character: Sorreltail & Leafpool is a great one for BROTP too, 

A NOTP I have with said character: I used to be a huge Bramble/Leaf shipper back in the day and now nope nope nope nope nope, stay away, gross. Other than that I’m pretty open for Leafpool ships

A random headcanon: Leafpool isn’t actually very close to either of her parents. She’s the quiet child, always doing as she’s told (ya know, except that one time) while her sister loudly gets into trouble (no hate, Squilf is beautiful and doing her best 💗) so she’s always been a little pushed aside her whole life, hence another reason why the Crowfeather thing happened.

General Opinion over said character: Leafpool is easily my favourite warriors character, I love this girl and she deserved better Erin Hunter. She’s dead but give her sister some justice while she’s still alive damnit!

Echosong

Sexuality Headcanon: Lesbian

Gender Headcanon: She/her, cis female

A ship I have with said character: LEAF/ECHO omg the fact they killed her off in a book I still haven’t read kills me, AND its the same book they killed Leafstar’s husband in I just- someone give that woman a hug istg

A BROTP I have with said character: I have to be honest I don’t remember too many SkyClan cats from Firestar’s Quest/pre-Hawkwing’s Journey, so none

A NOTP I have with said character: I remember the idea of Darktail/Echosong floating around for a little while as an idea for Twigbranch and Violetshine’s parents and I’m glad that’s not the case - Echosong deserves better than that!

A random headcanon: She’s a former member of the Sisters. She left them when she started having dreams about StarClan and joined SkyClan but she doesn’t like to talk about it because leaving her family for another group, even though it’s your ‘destiny’...ow

General Opinion over said character: I adore Echosong, other than Leafstar she was my favourite SkyClan cat back when they were first introduced in Firestar’s Quest. I wish she’d lived to see the other clans and the Lake territory
