judges that judge

well truthfully, noel had been surprised when he was let known he would be a judge for a talent show. noel had been above busy for this month, every day packed with something new, whether it was promotions or practice. noel truly found himself a bit tired for the talent show, but he had promised not to let that be shown. he’s considered drinking coffee to be more energized, but with his great hate for coffee he ended up with an energy drink instead, that too he hadn’t had in a while.

luckily for noel he’s not judging alone, but along a fellow member and friend ( @beseojun ) . while they’re having a short break, noel finds it makes sense that they talk about the different performances so far. “got any favourites yet?” he questions before taking a sip of his drink “i’m surprised how many great singers there are, but… while there’s a lot of great singers, i feel like a lot of them lack… stage presence?”. “ugh, it feels weird judging them when i’m not even that talented yet myself”.

candy and autographs

noel wasn’t too sure how he felt about this halloween party, it was not an event that interested him too much plus he felt like he looked very very stupid. it was partially his mistake for looking dumb, nobody had forced this costume on him, he’d just asked a friend to pick a costume and went with whatever they chose, and they had chosen dora the explorer, so, noel was dressed up as dora the explorer. 

noel wasn’t too sure how interested he was in trick or treating, but he didn’t mind free candy. he was however forced to collect autographs as well, because did his sister find out about the autographs, she would never forgive him for not getting anyone for her. “it’s been a while since i’ve been trick or treating” he says as he turns to look at stevie ( @bexstevie ) “i think the last time was when i lived in canada actually”.

all the way to belgium

travelling all the way to belgium to film a music video wasn’t something noel had expected. not that he would complain, he was excited for their travel. noel had only ever been in canada and south korea, so he was curious about this country he’d never even been close to. not that it seemed like they had much free time, only a single day off, still, noel was excited.

he finds himself besides seojun ( @beseojun ) , the filming going on but they’re taking a short break. he takes a big sip of water “do you want some too?” he reaches out his arm so the other can take the water bottle if he wants to. “guessing this is your first time filming a music video too, right?” he questions the other “it’s kind of fun actually” he nods a bit. “i can’t help but be surprised our first music video is being filmed in belgium though”.

looking good

there was so much going on now that noel had debuted, his schedule hadn’t gotten the slightest bit slower or empty, it was practice after practice, and then they had other stuff than practice to do as well. noel was enjoying it all, having fun with dancing this much, and though the fansigns had slowed down, they still had time to interact with fans, like at music festivals.

“i can’t lie, it surprises me we’re joining 2025’s myk festa kpop concert, it feels like we just debuted, are we really big enough to perform here?” he tilts his head to the side as he talks to luciel ( @lucielxbe ) . “how do i look by the way?” he takes a step back “i still have to get used to being styled by someone else, though i’d say, professionals definitely do my make up better than i do it myself” he pouts “you look good though, if i was a fan seeing you like this, you’d instantly become my bias”.

slippery

“i’m glad you had time to meet, even if it’s just for a short time” he smiles at yuwol ( @beyuwol ) . lately the only people noel has seen is his fellow project green members and the coaches. and as much as all of the project green members are nice and he speaks well with them all, he misses seeing other faces. he has to use a lot of time on practice, but makes sure to take a break here and there so he doesn’t overwork himself. finding time for a break, he’s reached out to yuwol, it’ll probably just be a thirty minute walk, but he’s excited to get some fresh air and see yuwol.

“so, what have you been up to? it’s been a while since we last saw each other” he looks at yuwol, curious about what people who aren’t in project green are doing. he’s not sure how much he can tell back if yuwol is curious about his doings too, but for now he’ll just listen to what yuwol has to say.

“oh look, a puddle!” and with that noel half-runs over to it, jumping in the puddle, however his second jump leads to him falling right on his butt, “ouch!”.

man in love

it’d been exciting to join project green, always something new coming around. he’d been in the project group for a bit now, but it was still exciting. there’d been a lot of songs to learn, he’d been dancing a lot and exploring rap a lot as well. noel far from felt like the best rapper, but it was fun to attempt it anyways. learning the choreographies were easy, and he’d become quite quick at learning them, he felt confident in his dance skills, still, it was nice to practice along other project green members when it came to dance. 

seojun ( @beseojun ) was a great dancer, probably one of the best in project green and noel had found himself by the other’s side as they were preparing for the mini concert that axis labels would be holding. “the man in love dance seems fun to do, especially the beginning” he hums “and you?” he looks up at seojun “how are you feeling about the dance?”.

a bit too quick

noel hasn’t spent much time with his pets lately, having been moved to the project green dorms and forced to leave behind his pets. his sister is staying at his apartment for the moment, taking care of his pets, and he’s sure she’s doing a good job, but that doesn’t mean he misses them any less. usually he’d be able to see them once practice was done, now he barely saw them. and he couldn’t hold on much longer, so he left practice a bit early, just for a single day, returning home for a short time before taking his dog for a walk.

they’re at the park, it’s comfortable to be hit by the cold hair, and noel is happy to spent time with mango (his dog). he’s sitting on a bench, barely holding on to mango’s leash, and that’s a mistake. there isn’t exactly a lot of people at the park, yet mango runs off, noel panics, standing up and running after mango, but mango runs straight into someone, making a stranger ( @betaejun ) fall. “oh god!” noel finally manages to grab onto mango’s leash again “are you okay?” he asks, reaching out a hand to help the other get up”.

we see each other again

noel finds himself wandering around looking for somewhere to practice. he’s finished his education, but he’s also gotten his contract extended. noel is still a bit unsure what to do with his life, he’s studied to become a veterinarian for so long, but if he gets a full-time job, he won’t have time for being a trainee. and as much as noel loves dancing, this is a love he’s only had for less than two years, he’s unsure, should he give up his original career wish for something’s he’s done for so shortly? for now while he thinks, he’ll stay a trainee, he loves dancing, he loves training.

he opens the door to a practice room, though there’s someone already in there “sorry--” wait “stevie? ( @bexstevie )” he lifts a brow, “is that really you?”. the two were shortly on next gen together and had interacted before that too. a smile grows on his lips “it’s good to see you! mind if i come in and practice with you?”. “how was season two of next gen?”.
