seojun knew that he always got nervous and a bit of performance jitters before getting on stage. it was always how he got but he usually was fine when on stage. he knew it was due to this being their first comeback. sure he knew the choreography in his sleep at this point but he was still nervous. what if he messed up in some way? he didn't wanna accidentally do that. he got his makeup done and couldn't help but fret over his outfit a bit so it sat against his body better. he came towards noel, giving a soft smile towards the other. "it's not dumb at all. i'm a bit nervous myself." he let him know. "i feel there will always be a bit of nervousness even when we've done this for years. something about seeing how the fans will perceive it makes me nervous."
“thank you” noel smiles to the other. noel hasn’t really felt nervous like this before in his life, he’s always been calm no matter what thrown his way. when others were stressing about exams and getting into the schools they wanted to, noel was calm with no worries, life would figure itself out he told himself. now, he’s continuously nervous, almost always when they’re about to perform on music shows. “i feel like i shouldn’t be nervous, but i can’t help it” he shrugs.
“as soon as we start performing though, i’m fine? it’s weird… it feels like i’m going to die when i walk up to the stage, and then we perform i feel better than ever” a sigh escapes his lips “makes no sense”. “you’ve been performing longer than me though, haven’t you? were you nervous when you went out busking?” he looks at the older, clear curiosity in his eyes.
