Unfollow negative people on Social Media and in real life. Smile at strangers. Show real heartfelt gratitude. Be excited about life. Get out of the house. Do things you've never done before. De-clutter your life. Go to bed early. Get up early. Don't gossip. Don't lie. DON'T COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHERS. Be fierce. Be brave. Be kind. Be better.
