You are not going to find change on your couch. You have to make positive forward moves to affect positive results. Do things that challenge you. Unfollow negative people on Social Media and in real life. Smile at strangers. Show real heartfelt gratitude. Be excited about life. Get out of the house. Do things you've never done before. De-clutter your life. Go to bed early. Get up early. Don't gossip. Don't lie. DON'T COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHERS. Be fierce. Be brave. Be kind. Be better.

i’m trying to prioritize being underwhelmed and organized instead of spontaneous and chaotic.
when I plan my days and write down absolutely everything I should get done, I finish the lot of it much quicker and with greater ease than waking up and deciding what I should do instead.
