“I know.”  The words were spoken matter-of-factly by the earthbender.  Toph cared about very few people and she kept her guard up more when it came to them.  The others in the Gaang seemed to trust far too easily for her taste, so she would be the one to be hostile.  Besides, Toph enjoyed the chances to be rude, just to spite how much effort her parents placed on her to be proper.

“I’m not as easily fooled as the others, so don’t ya even think about tryin’ anythin’ while you’re here.”  While Aang was a pacifist and didn’t believe in violence, Toph did not share those beliefs.

✼ When it comes to worldbuilding, what are some ideas you’d like to explore in rp?

Well, Fae is the one most in need for some more attention and development, but I’m weak so this is going to be a Willow post.

I don’t make it a secret that Cyberpunk is my favorite genre. It has a few good tropes that can create a nice setting for an rp and I would love to have the chance to have some threads set outside of the facility. I’d like to explore in some more detail the differences between the life for the people of the citadel and of its outskirts, how technology advancement has improved their lives and the effects of everything else that went wrong.

The other major idea I’d like to explore more is Cyberspace, specifically how Willow behaves within her native world and how she interacts with people in there when she isn’t just pulling the strings behind the scenes.

Unfortunately, a futuristic dystopia is a very specific setting, so even with all the useful tropes that Cyberpunk has to offer, it isn’t always easy to translate into a thread.

It had been a nice little outing as far as she was concerned. She could feel herself being a bit on the tipsy side, but she would be crashing at Joey’s for the night, anyway. She could call a cab.

Are you of the “Tom Nook is a crook” or “Tom Nook is an honest businessman” opinion?

“I’m gonna have to go with business man on this one. While he does give you a lot of debt and upgrade your house without really....asking you, it’s not like he doesn’t have a way for you to repay him with a steady stream of income. You get a job in the beginning, a house, and he runs his shop pretty well I think. Plus, once you’re all done upgrading, any money you make you can spend on whatever and not feel like what you’re getting paid for is going directly back to him.

“I think he’s a good guy who just wants to look after his nephews and make sure people have a place to live in the town when they move there. Plus, would you rather pay him or someone who doesn’t give you thousands of dollars a day for bugs and fish?”

to all the boys I’ve loved before: favorite classic book?

“Anthem by Ayn Rand. It takes place in a dystopian future setting, but instead of humanity being incredibly technologically advanced, it has reverted back to the dark ages. There’s still relics and ruins that are from the time before the novel takes place, and there’s an authoritarian system of leadership that makes the decisions for everyone in society. It’s....really interesting. I can’t really describe why without too many spoilers, but if you have the chance to, check it out.”

😐 “It’s been pretty neutral I guess? Nothing great but nothing terrible happening, either. Just. Meh.”

“Cheating or any other kind of unfaithfulness. I’m not the kind of person who thinks their SO can’t talk to people of the other gender, have friends, or anything like that because frankly that’s abusive. But if there is some doubt about the person being faithful, then I would try to talk to them about it. If I’m being disrespected or cheated on, the relationship is over.  “Also, constant negativity in the form off putting me or other people down. I want to be with someone I can respect, and if they’re rude and mean then I can’t really do that.”

((Joey is, for the most part, an optimist. He does his best to try to find the bright side or silver lining for things. Of course, sometimes he slips into a more negative viewpoint but he really does try his best to stay positive. It’s taken him a long time to get to this point, but a lot of good came from him receiving therapy shortly after he was rescued from the people he was being trafficked by. He relapses occasionally, but he’s trying.))

Topaz Storm: Is your muse the creative type in any way? How do they express their creativity?

((He is! He likes to express himself through poetry and music.))

Topaz Tears: Do they have any sort of outlet they use as a means to cope (e.g. writing, drawing, playing music, etc.)? How’d they get into it if they do?

((I would say reading is his biggest escape from everything. It gives him an opportunity to get away from everything and not have to be alone with his own thoughts.))
