Lessons That 2016 Taught Me
I have to admit, 2016 was a really tough year for me. It was a rollercoaster ride but, it really taught me some of life’s biggest lessons. Here are the few lessons: 1. A mistake repeated more than once is a choice. Yet, it is also a choice to do the right thing. 2. We all make mistakes, but it is never a reason to give up on somebody. (Pero wag naman paulit-ulit, bes! Once is enough, two is too much. Nakakapagod din kasi umintindi) 3. Some people will never change. (Once a whore, you’re nothing more. I’m sorry that will never change. - Paramore🎶🎵) 4. Everything is temporary because change is constant. (It kinda contradicts the posted lyrics in number 3. Ahh basta! 😀😀😀) 5. People leave. (Please refer to number 4. Wala nga kasing forever.) 6. Your value doesn’t decrease based on someone's inability to see your worth. Don’t let that be the reason for you to stop doing your best. 👼😊 7. You can’t always be nice because that’s how people take advantage of you. 8. After someone hurts you, you’re not the same anymore. 9. It’s ok to be sad. You’re human. 10. You cannot expect everyone to treat you with the same way. Ganon talaga eh. So, let’s look forward for another year. 2017 I’m getting ready na!
