From the newest list that you posted :D I don't know if it deletes if you answer an ask but I was hoping for Jumin with 82 lmao
82. “You’re really drunk right now. I don’t think you’re gonna remember any of this.”“No, I’m not drunk at all. You’re just blurry.”
She was sitting in the penthouse with only Elly as company. Jumin had gone to a business dinner tonight and while he had wanted her to go, she turned it down. She decided that she probably shouldn’t have when she received a call from Driver Kim.
“Hello, Miss?” He sounded winded. “If you could, could you come collect your husband?” She was about to ask why, but then in the background she could hear Jumin.
“Driver Kim. Are you speaking to MC? I want to see her.” His voice was serious, but she could hear the slight slur.
“I’ll be down in a second.”
When she arrived, Jumin was clearly plastered. When he locked eyes with her, his face instantly lit up and he stumbled towards her. “MC!”
“Thank you!” She said brightly to Driver Kim as she caught Jumin, pulling his arm around her shoulder. He nodded back at her, looking unsure, but she waved him off.
“Missed you.” Jumin mumbled into the top over her head as she directed them back into the penthouse.
“I can tell.” She said.
When they got into their living room, she had managed to convince him to detach from her long enough for her to pull his shoes off and get him a glass of water as he sat on the couch. When she returned, he was holding Elly to his chest and he looked up at MC in wonder.
“She’s beautiful.”
“She is!” MC said with a laugh, and held out the glass for him to take. “Drink this please.”
He took it almost at once, and she sat next to him.
“So how did the deal go?”
“Good.” He mumbled into his glass. “They had good wine.”
“You’re really drunk right now. I don’t think you’re gonna remember any of this.” She said, gently running a hand through his hair, disturbing some of the gel that had been holding it back. Jumin leaned into her touch before squinting at her.
“No, I’m not drunk at all. You’re just blurry.” He said defiantly.
“Sure you’re not.” She said lightly. “Will you at least tell me how much you drank?”
She watched him think for a moment, not exactly a good sign.
“A bottle. And a half. But I’m good at wine.” He mumbled, eyes sliding shut, before lazily opening again to look at her. “I grow it. Did you know that?”
“I did.” His eagerness to tell her that he had a vineyard was adorable. She noticed that he had finished his glass of water and stood up, taking it from him as he made a small noise of displeasure. “I’m gonna get you another glass of water and then we can go to bed, okay?”
He nodded at her, getting up as well, trailing after her as she went to the kitchen. She handed him the glass of water and as he began to drink, she started working on getting his tie off. His hand dropped on top of hers, stopping her.
“I don’t…” His brows had furled as he concentrated on his words. “I don’t think we should do that tonight.”
She had to stop herself from laughing at his concern.
“Don’t worry, love.” She said. “We won’t. I just want you to be comfortable for bed. We can cuddle if you’d like?”
His eyes brightened up at the prospect.
“I’d like that.”
