When did you start watching Good Girls?

-March 17th, 2020! The first official week of quarantine where I’m from.

Why did you start watching Good Girls?

-The Paper Porcupine clip of Beth and Rio was recommended to me on Youtube. I saw some comments about the UST and about it being a toxic ship and I was like SOLD! to the lowest bidder (me). After watching the first episode, I realized it was the same show I saw on a trailer when it was promoted before the first season started and I remember telling myself I wanted to watch it. Didn’t though, because no cable = cheap heaux.

Who is your favorite character?

-OOF. Beth but then Ruby then Annie as close seconds and thirds. There are parts of each of them that I deeply love and am protective over.

What's your favorite ship? -The toxicity that is Brio calls to me but it’s Stan & Ruby’s timeless love that makes me believe in and root for love.

Who is your favorite secondary character?

-Mick! JT! And of course my bebe, Baby Tyler!

If you could give Beth one background detail what would it be?

-She came close to leaving Dean when Annie was about to be 18 (before she became pregnant with Kenny and several years into their marriage) but then Annie got pregnant with Ben. She reasoned Annie and the baby would need the stability Dean could provide (a stability she probably couldn’t provide on her own if she were to leave) and so stuck it out for the long haul. I also believe she hinted to Ruby her plans about leaving but later rescinded and waved it off as something she didn’t really mean but Ruby put two and two together and knew what she was sacrificing for Annie, unbeknownst to Annie. I actually have a whole fic half-written about it sitting in my WIPS. One day I’ll finish it xD

If you could give Annie one background detail what would it be?

-Annie acted out to get negative attention because bad attention was better than no attention.

If you could give Ruby one background detail what would it be?

-While she was raised in church and attends regularly with her family, she was deeply affected by circumstances and hardships in her youth which challenged her faith in many ways that spilled over to her learning to rely less on God and more grounded and tangible solutions in her adult life.

What's your favorite crime related moment or storyline?

-When they gave Ruby all of their cuts for Sara’s kidney. Really cemented their ride or die love for one another in the first season.

What's your favorite personal moment or storyline?

-Oooh, it has to be between Ruby’s “I’m that bitch” speech or when she told Sara “I bought you a second chance, no excuse me, I stole it” LIKE YASS, tell ‘em queen. What I love about Ruby is that she really isn’t in it for crime, she’s driven to it time and again for her family, even at the cost of herself.
