How was Yunie's first encounter with Gwyndolin? Did they have any idea what they looked like? When she first saw them, was she blinded by their beauty? Paralyzed, dumbstruck? Did Gwyndolin have any thoughts about the Undead as they agreed to make her a Blade of the Darkmoon?

NO, REALLY— The thing about Yunie is that, while she does worship the Gods, she's more pragmatic than what she seems in terms of faith and religion since she's the type of person who only believes in the stuff she has personally seen herself. So when she joined the Darkmoon Blades and saw Gwyndolin up close for the first time after spending so much time collecting ears— Their appearance as the last living god in Anor Londo kind of screwed her mindset a bit.
And of course, Yunie, being Yunie, thinks that Gwyndolin is hot asf.
(She totally didn't make a fool of herself when she greeted him, nuh uh. She also didn't totally almost trip over her own feet and shuttered when they asked for her, nuh uh.)
As for Gwyndolin... Their first thought upon seeing Yulianna for the first time from the Fog Gate is the disbelief that she managed to make it this far to Anor Londo. Don't get me wrong, my girl Yunie is fairly strong, but she's... You know, she's Yunie. They think that she's a bit dim-witted, but she's loyal enough to join their covenant and does her tasks efficiently.
(Also, they totally didn't find it cute or amusing when Yulianna shuttered in front of them with that blush on her cheeks, nearly turning bright red whenever they get a bit cloeer to her, nuh uh. Gwyndolin also totally didn't find it hilarious and sweet whenever she turns up at the Fog Gate with gifts for them, nuh uh.)
