I mean she literally offers up her womb for the ugliest man in yharnam because she latched onto him after her father's death

She also has quite some insight which means she regularly drinks sedatives. Especially when shes up in the observatory at mensis looking at the cosmos.

You would be able to find it on an altar in a small building in yahar'gul. You can either choose to leave it in your inventory or decide to consume it for 5 insight. Ive also been thinking about maybe writing additional dialogue for Micolash if youve got her womb in your inventory while you fight him :p
