When we look, we find. When our eyes are opened, we see. I love how the message translation of the Bible says, "when you get serious about finding me....I'll make sure you won't be disappointed." How many times has it been so much easier to play around and not be serious. Serious means I have some issue. Serious means I have to lay down my pride and come humbly before Him with my disfunction. No more games. No more hiding. Raw and unedited. It's amazing in our realness he still loves unconditionally. Because that is why he came. Not to play games but to get serious. To love the unloveable. To make beauty out of the broken. To show up when everyone else wants to walk away because you're too messed up or too broken. The beautiful gospel of grace. #istandinaweofyou #letmywordsbefew
