Mental illness isn't you're fucking funny petty joke or snide comment to others it's extremely disrespectful not to mention ableist, using things like: "how ocd" "schizo" "crazy" "psycho" "so bipolar" "retarded" or "you're a weirdo" "get over it" this is so messed up this 2019 we need this to stop! No more

Speak up when you hear people saying ableist shit or use terms incorrectly and educate them it's wrong and can be hurtful, it's also not always our job to learn up other people but it is EVERYONE'S JOB to #STOPSTIGMA we should start this as a twitter tag and post photos of our selves with maybe our mental health journey if you want and to say we are human beings who deserve to be SEEN/HEARD TOO!!! anyone with me???
