not to be controversial but i don't think telling trans men they can and WILL gain weight and there's nothing they can do to change that while on T is a good thing to say to a group of people with astronomically high rates of eating disorders.
#ik for some people saying that stuff is a forcemasc thing#which is fine#but outside of that#lets not do that#its not helpful#cause idk if yall knew but you dont cure ed's that way#you make them worse#speaking from experience#yeah hi its me#and im in therapy#and its still hard as fuck#so just like#lets not#😭😭#vent#ik if i heard that pre t id eat even less#as if the t itself was gonna make me gain#but it doesnt#if you eat the exact same it doesnt#might increase your muscle mass a bit#but it wont make you gain fat if you eat and do the same on t#t increased my metabolism so it might even do the opposite#so telling disordered men their disordered fear will come true#will make them eat even less#thats all
