Quick 101 Refresher: LMD AutoPilot

The LetsMoveDown AutoPilot feature is perhaps one of our favorite features of the entire app. Fans that utilize the AutoPilot feature keep coming back again and again, and it is a great way to grab your upgrade seat in advance of the marketplace opening for business.

Very high demand games typically don't have a lot of upgrade tickets available for the fan. If you're looking to grab one of the rare upgrade tickets before they get gobbled up, then the LMD AutoPilot feature is for you.

To help all of our fans today, we've laid out a quick 101 refresher course on how to enter an AutoPilot bid:

Open the LetsMoveDown app and select your team.

Click "View Upgrades"--this can be done at any point before or during the game!!

Pull out the tab on the right side of the screen and click "AutoPilot"

Enter your upgrade parameters, including: # of tickets, location and time of your AutoPilot bid

Confirm the information

It's that simple! If your AutoPilot bid matches the available upgrade seats, you automatically win your upgrade tickets and receive them directly on your phone. AutoPilot is a great way to get a jump on the upgrade competition or set your ideal parameters so that you can focus your attention on the game!

Here are a couple of other tips to keep in mind while using LMD AutoPilot:

You are only charged if your bid wins. You won't be charged for submitting a bid that does not win.

If your bid wins, you will be notified via a push notification and your tickets will be sent directly to the LetsMoveDown app.

You can override any current bid with another bid at any point in time if you change your mind.

How Do I Use the Auto-Pilot Function?

One of the cooler features of LetsMoveDown is "Auto-Pilot".  This feature allows any fan at the game to set an auction price for a particular section at any time during the game.  If that fan's bid is the highest for a particular section, that fans wins the tickets.  It's basically a "set and forget" process to win better seats during the game so that you can focus your time on watching your favorite team.

Let's go through a quick example of how to set up Auto-Pilot during the game.

Step 1: Click the "Auto-Pilot" icon in the lower right-hand corner of the "FIND TICKETS" page.

                                          Step 2:  Set your auction parameters, including: how many tickets you want, which sections you want to bid on and the max price that you would be willing to pay for those tickets.

                                         Step 3: Click "Sections Selection" and select the applicable sections that you would like to place a bid on.

                                         Step 4: Confirm your bid information, enter your credit card information and post your Auto-Pilot bid.

You only get charged if you win your auction and there are absolutely no charges if you don't win a bid.  If your bid wins, you'll be notified immediately and your upgrade tickets will be delivered right to your phone.

Auto-Pilot is a great tool for anybody that is interested in moving down, but doesn't want to constantly check the listings during the game.  If you would pay $20 to sit in the premium Middle Sideline seats, just set your Auto-Pilot, enjoy the game and get notified if your auction price wins.
