A good Brick-House, four Rooms on a Floor, at Woodmanstern, near Epsom in Surry, with Closets, Gardens and Orchard, Coach House and Stables, standing near Bansted-Downs; in a Sporting Country, late belonging to Captain Barber. Enquire at the aforesaid House; or of the Reverend Mr. Morse, Rector of Woodmanstern aforesaid.
