Chara was quite chill as they saw Papyrus get their head cut off. Chara showed no sign of change in their expression at all. They were quite chill about the whole ordeal.

and why do you think that’s the case, in that run, for that situation?

at this point of the run where you have been gaining LOVE?

And what is Chara’s LV at the start of the game when the narration is normal until you wipe out an entire area of monsters and things start getting realy cold?

So yeah there is a reason for that.
