This Level 10 Life spread took me aaalllll day while at work, with small interruptions and it taking forever 😂 Had to redo the graph boxes like three times before I got all five to fit in the one row.

I'm on a competition! It's called Level Ten and they measure your weight, fat and muscle % every week for 6 weeks.

Becaus of my hypothyroidism I don'[t expect much change if any, but still I'm doing it!

I started on Monday and here are the results:

11/04/13:

132 lbs,

27.5% fat

23.5% muscle

This game. http://www.gamesgames.com/game/Catch-Your-Doll.html Not at all esey. It seems like it is. Tricks you into thinking that you are the absolute best. "Ha ha!" you say. BUT NO! Then you hit level 10. I hate level ten.
