I finished the Caraval trilogy and now I'd like to ask why we like Legend and find him attractive?
He was an annoying brat through the whole series.

Hi!! I'm pretty new to Tumblr but I just read your fic and I LOVE IT, when do you think the next chapter will come out?
Hiiiii, glad you like it ❤️
Hoping to get the next out before the end of this week. It would have been this weekend, but I felt so sick 🤢
Hate being on my period. Started legit sobbing at the raptors dying in the end of Jurassic World.
internet is (still) down at the office, so please send vibes that it doesn't get fixed so I can wfh the rest of this week and not have to drive in the rain! 😬
Is Roadside Attraction the worst?
YES!DEFINITY!ABSOLUTELY!
Roadside Attraction is to GF how the sequel trilogy is to SW or The Divide to Avatar The Last Airbender because:
The problem isn't just that it's placed in the wrong, if not, worst moment (WHY would Ford be okay with the family leaving RIGHT AFTER creating a barreer to protect the family from Bill? It has no logic), it's the horrible double standard of the episode:
Mabel goes through Dipper's stuff without permission, takes a box that clearly says "DO NOT TOUCH", opens it in public, and belittles him in public over it, worst of all? She belittles and scolds him and even SCREAMS at him for stuff she does on a daily basis in this episode, proving not just her hypocresy, but the double standard of the narrative:
\- Mabel calls Dipper out and humilliates him as if it was something creepy to have pictures of her ex-crush...when she has SHOWED MULTIPLE TIMES through the series that she does THE EXACT SAME THING in her scrapbook with EVERY.BOY.SHE.CROSSED.PATHS.WITH.
\- She scolds Dipper and tells him "simple Dipper: just.move.on!", when she herself couldn't move on from her ex-crushes and even tried to erase her own mind with the memory gun.
\- She forces Dipper into a date with Candy without his knowledge or consent, repeating the exact same thing she did in The Love God with Robbie and Tambry, proving she learnt NOTHING back then.
\- When her plan backfires, instead of apologizing for the mess she creates, she has the nerve to insult and scream at Dipper with her friends, turning on him accusing him of being a traitor and a jerk for talking to other girls...after she SPENT THE ENTIRE SUMMER CHASING AND FLIRTING WITH EVERY BOY SHE CROSSED PATHS WITH.
In other words, the narrative of the show BASHES and scolds Dipper and paints him like a jerk for less stuff than Mabel does on a daily basis where she scares other boys and makes them uncomfortable, but apparently if she does it, it's adorable and played for laughs.
This episode is the evidence of the double standard the narrative has with both twins and the proof of how the writers ignore the development of Mabel to use her as a plot device and treat her like an author's pet because she's their favourite character.
As for Candy?
She has proved herself to be over and over, not a good friend or girlfriend, despite having a calm and sweet nature in general:
* She was totally okay with betraying her friends twice, first by planing to take Gabe away from Mabel when she knew Mabel was trying to date him, then convincing Mabel to betray Grenda and flirt with the duque behind her back, breaking their deal.
* She was incredibly unfair to Dipper by basically getting her friends to corner him and force him into a date with her, regardless of his feelings and never have showed interested for her, then jumps quickly to get her friends, sister included, to actively accuse him of a betrayer...for talking to other girls before they had eve gone on a date together. And then she calls him a crybaby for being scared of a giant spider-woman monster and claiming that all her crush for him was gone because of it, proving her crush on him was punctual and was more out of self-confidence than anything and that she really didn't feel anything for him. And then she never apologized for how unfair she was to him and Dipper was the one who had to apologize to her instead
Who are you? Peanut butter? No thanks. Next.
I LOVE ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS OHMYGODD
