Day 3 #levelupandlead #LULLifestyle #LevelUpLeaders School uses a standard set of tests to determine who is smarter, but that does not determine how smart we are individually. YOU ARE SMARTER THAN YOU REALIZE YOU ARE! Yes the message was intended to be applied to being successful in school but this can be applied to Life in General for those not in school. We are smarter than we think and we have to always give full effort, be fully engaged and do more than what is expected. Now with what we must do, let's address that fact that we are smarter in Life than we give ourselves credit for. We never get away from standard tests that we are graded against. Work determines your knowledge based on what they want from you, Society determines what a patriot is/who is a good citizen/who is a citizen, etc. We have to start focusing on our individual success by showing others how smart we are individually. Don't let others determine your success, you decide your level of smart and apply that in your Life and watch your success come to you. Only you determine your success so present the Best You, be fully Engaged, and never give up!

Day 2 #levelupandlead #LULLifestyle #LevelUpLeaders Message was "Do more than what's expected" Show up early Stay Late We have to always go beyond what is expected of us. When we go beyond we stand out. Those in school may wish to read beyond their assigned homework. Those at work may wish to stay late to ensure their co-workers have picked up where you left off. Apply it where you need to so that you are seen as standing out and leading. Go above and beyond! Do you wish to lead? If you do speak out where you plan to far exceed and then do it!

Dr. Robert Gilbert #SuccessHotline Brick walls are placed in our life not to stop us from succeeding, but for us to decide how bad we want that success! We all have brick walls some seem small and other seem big. Key is, It's not the size of the wall that you should focus on, it's the feeling you have inside that makes you want to tear down, climb over, dig under or smash through the wall. That want and need to achieve and succeed is and should be the focus. The scale is a brick wall for me. It is always standing between me and my success.
