venus ノ when did you and your f/o realise you had fallen for each other? did it take anyone else to help you guys realise?
Aventurine and I play emotional cat and mouse but taking turns in each role for like six months before he caves and tells me outright that he knows I love him because he heard me say it when I thought he was sleeping and he has to make sure I know the feelings are reciprocated. He probably got a little nudge from Lady Bonajade to push him to confessing to make her favorite show that much more entertaining. I realized pretty quickly after he basically velcros himself to my side at the start of our “working relationship” that I do like him a little lotta bit.

- I think I’ve shared this before but we’re very obsessed with one another, bordering on unhealthy. Something about being the only avgin and a lonely exile will do that to a couple, I guess.
- He enjoys brushing my tail, and he teaches me the bits of the avgin language that he remembers while he’s helping me wash my hair and my tail.
- Whenever we go to a new planet we are on the HUNT for a casino or any form of gambling area. We might have a problem but we also compete through gambling winnings to see who can win more in any location.
- Any time I buy something for myself I end up getting him something that matches. We’re the couple with coordinating casual outfits and it’s intentional, nobody will ever assume that we’re not together.
- We both wear gloves so when hand-to-hand contact happens and we feel each other’s skin for the first time it’s like aliens having Denny’s for the first time.
