Remember when "Whip It" aired last year and it was the worst ever? This year made up for that garbage.
Levi: I saw him smiling in the preview and immediately hoped he could snag a win, and thank god he did. Levi had the best sounding pie, he had the best looking pie, he had a good attitude going into his challenge, he's adorable, and I'm just really happy he exists. I was nervous they weren't gonna show his dish after Abby's was revealed because they made it seem like she set the bar, but he rocked it this week and I hope he rocks it every week. I'm definitely rooting for him to win this whole thing and I don't understand people who wouldn't be (although if your favorite is anyone from 2-5 on my ranking, I'll understand). Also, he dressed up as Graham Elliot for Halloween, I'm pretty sure your favorite could never.
Oona: She bombed the pancake challenge, but I'm happy she saved face in the cream pie challenge. Also she's adorable and I love her.
Sean: Sean keeps rising in my ranks. He made all the right decisions this week. As excited as I would've been to see Mitchell's pie, I'm happy he was saved so Levi could take that win instead. But really, Sean's adorable and smart and I'm happy he's been strong lately. Also the look on his face when he was contemplating dousing Joe in syrup was priceless.
Josh: So, he didn't do as well in the challenge and I'm nervous for him in this competition, but after that quote about not feeling comforted by key lime pie if he went home was perfect and I'm happy he stayed. I'm pretty confident that was one of the big reasons he stayed. Personally, I didn't think he belonged in the bottom four in the first place (we'll save that for later), but he's really entertaining so I think that's a big factor.
Logan: That side eye to Abby, that politics conversation with the judges, that smiley face on his pie, like I'm gonna have a hard time seeing him go early too. I couldn't judge his pie because I'm allergic to raspberries, but I'm happy he was safe.
Adaiah: She should be up higher due to her win, and I still love her, but I feel like she's not standing out as much. I'm happy she won the challenge with Levi, although I didn't remember seeing the judges put her cream pie in their mouths, but I'm nervous she'll be the next girl to go based on entertainment. But she deserves to stay a while longer. I'm bummed with who she's paired with in the next episode (not as bummed as Levi's partner though), but I like her and want her to stay.
Mitchell: I love Mitchell, but I'm nervous Mitchell's gonna get the Troy Glass edit soon. He was already snarking about upstairs with Sean about Samuxander's pie, and the preview has him and Abby butting heads, so I'm nervous about him. After the Sams go, I guess he'd be the next boy I'd be ready to let go, but I like him so it'll be sad.
Abby: She's adorable. I can't even deny this. I think she's mainly loved for being the baby of these babies, but she's still cute. And she wasn't nearly as annoying as Sarah was last year with that "whip it like a man!11!" garbage. I think Abby's genuine. I didn't want her to win this challenge though, and I was about to throw down the remote when it looked like she was gonna win it and they weren't gonna show Levi's. But she's still pretty precious.
Sam: I'm just indifferent to Sam. I'm happy he got airtime, but I wanted him to go over Natalie because at least we knew her. I do think he needs to stop wearing ties with tshirts though. Honey, buy a button down to wear your ties.
Samuel: You don't even know how many times I've accidentally called him "Alexander". Except Alexander was probably more humble. Samuel has a problem with overcomplicating things. First, sriracha foam. This week, grapefruit, rosewater, and mint dust? Personally, he should've been in the bottom four over Josh. Josh's crust was a mess, but they liked the rest of his pie. They hated Samuel's pie. I knew he wouldn't go home, but he should've been in trouble. He's just so annoying. And to the people complaining that people judge him too harshly and say that people shouldn't call him cocky because he's a child? Remember last year when every single one of you ripped Troy Glass apart for ONE EPISODE. ONE CHALLENGE. If people think Samuel is coming off as pretentious, they can say it. No one's calling him a bad kid. No one's calling him any swear words. Calm yourselves. You were the ones calling a 12 year old a douchebag last year (Team Troy, btw. Troy Glass is a treasure.). Anyway, back to Samuel. I have to root for him next week because I need Levi to win again. I don't wanna root for him, but I have to. Hopefully they work really well together, or if Samuel overcomplicates things, Levi can shut it down with class and they can still win. I think the overcomplicating is gonna be Samuel's downfall, but I also don't see him leaving soon. I do think it's cute that his mom is on instagram and I love how he's rooting for Levi, but he bugs me on TV. and I'm still finding it hard to believe he's not 15.
That being said, none of you better be sending Samuel hate tweets because that's mean and bullying and it's unacceptable.
I was fine with the elimination. Jessica made no impact on me either week (I liked her in that deleted scene though) and while I loved Natalie last week, I don't see how she mistook a grapefruit for an orange. Idc how old you are they're two entirely different sizes.
I think either Josh/Oona, Sam/Adaiah, or Mitchell/Abby are going next week. Judging from the delete scene, I think it'll be either M/A or J/O. If that's the case, hoping for M/A only because I love Josh and Oona.
Excited but scared for next week! I'll post something more fun and interactive later!
