Livyat is a boring old man who locks himself in his manor in order to read books and gain knowledge. He doesn’t care about others until they’re his food source.
He doesn’t want to waste time for anyone. Interrupting his routine is the best way to get killed.
So… Hunting down his victims is probably the least thing he’d wish to do…
