So, for Toph and Levinia(OC) falling in love, it goes something like this:

Levinia was with the Gaang since S1, E11 or nearby. She meets Toph, and tries to say hi. Welp, that was a blushing awkward mess, which Toph found absolutely adorable.

After Toph joined the Gaang, the two of them wanted to ask the other out, but always got too nervous. They spoke to people about it: Toph to Katara, and Levinia to Sokka. They made a plan.

Literally just lock them in a room together. Is worked shockingly well, despite Toph making a tunnel for them to escape from. They were dating ever since.
