I agree with what you're saying, but I think the people who needed clarity on what you posted needed help because of the terminology used. I don't think this is a racism problem, just a communication problem. The people who had trouble understanding what you said were confused by some of the words you used and needed someone to simplify it for them.

Automatically assuming that someone asking for clarity is watering down the message is unreasonable. They were just having problems understanding what you were trying to say, because they aren't experienced in this type of terminology

I'm not trying to invalidate your experience. I agree with and understand everything you said.

sweetheart if you were paying any type of attention or if you’d read anything that I said at all you’d have seen that my primary issue was with the (WHITE) person who presumed to “translate” what I was saying and got it wrong! I explicitly said that I had no issue with people asking for clarification so, uh, better luck next time?
