Steigen, Norway
Well inside the arctic circle, north of Bodø, lies Steigen, located off the coast of Vestfjorden. I was fortunate to stay here for one week during my month-long visit to Norway this year. The name Steigen comes from stíga meaning "mount". I took this photo halfway up the climb to the top.
