I'm not usually writing about this kind of stuff, but it's going around a lot lately and I can't keep my mouth shut any longer.
There are practically billions of pictures and posts about people hating on gays for whatever reason, listing church and religion as one of the reasons why gay marriage shouldn't be legalized. It was slightly pissing me off on the start, but now I'm really mad about it. I'm fine with you having an opinion, but to hate on someone because of your so called 'religion' is totally wrong. Especially if you're not even well educated about what's in the Bible and what else besides homosexuality is listed as forbidden.
But let's leave that there, because church has its own beliefs. It was always like that and we won't change it soon. On the other hand, I cannot understand, why is it so hard to leave people be? If we followed every single thing most of the population stated as wrong, where would we get? There are people out there, who think eating meat is not right. Ones who believe sex before marriage is a sin. People who think drinking alcohol should be forbidden. Yet these things are still allowed, legalized.
If you think something's not good, don't do it. But don't prevent other people from doing that- especially if it does no harm to you at all.
