I've Been Terrible About Writing Down My Progress--LG 2014
Day 23: I did the routines for day 23 and 17.
Day 24: I was actually going to do my routine for day 24, but my dad invited my cousin and my uncle to come over for Christmas Eve and I felt awkward getting all sweaty with them in the house.
Day 25: I did the routine for day 24 on the 25th. i also wanted to do the routine for the 25th, but the detox flows tired me out.
Day 26: I did days 10, 26, and 25 in that order so I could start intense, and end peacefully. I felt the best I've ever felt in throughout this whole challenge. i felt active and accomplished, but not absolutely tired.
Day 27: For some reason I decided to take a break on the 27th.
Day 28: I did the day 27 routine today.
Day 29-31: I did the correct routine on each of these days.
This was the first fitness challenge I undertook, and I'm really proud that i finished it (although I never did do the routine for the 12th.) Doing this challenge was a really good way for me to get in the habit of working out regularly. I want to continue working out regularly this year, and throughout my life because I am currently overweight and kind of our of shape. besides, if I want to become a doctor, it's going to be really hypocritical of me if I don't follow my own advice about regular exercise.
I'm SO sorry, guys.
I haven't been nearly as active as before winter break, and I apologize for that. I've been kinda stressed about coming back home and now that I am I just haven't been feeling well, probably in part due to lack of my usual workout routine (which I'm trying to get back into), and I've just been eating terribly. After tomorrow (I really just want to spend my Christmas focusing on those I love as opposed to counting calories) I'm going to get back on track with everything, I promise! (Thomas, help keep me on track with this :p )

Man, I'm really behind on my Last Goal 2014 challenge!
December has been much busier than I expected. For some reason, when I decided to take on the challenge I forgot that exams are in December, and that the holidays are a busy time. Below is a summary of what's been going from Day 11 to Day 22.
I'm back!
Hey guys! took an unexpected trip to see my beautiful baby niece on Thursday and didn't get back until tonight. I haven't had internet the entire time! I've been doing my own practice, but I'm obviously behind on LG2014. SO in order to get caught up this is the schedule i'll be following:
Sunday 21st: Thursday (18th), Friday (19th)
Monday 22nd: Saturday (20th), Sunday (21st)
Tuesday 23rd: Monday (22nd), Tuesday (23rd)
I know this is gonna be a challenge since it's two a day but I want to finish this year off strong! It's gonna be worth it, wish me luck :)
